   I asked one of the rabbis of the Temple Institute some years ago: “Will the rabbis insist on rebuilding the Temple should the mosques on the Mount be destroyed by an earthquake?”

   He didn’t think so, that is probably based on the legalistic halachic view that some spots on the Mt. are too holy to be stepped on. It was also why the control of the Mt. was returned to the Waqf in 1967 – apart from Israel’s Masonic left not wanting to control the Mt. (They want to put the Old city under international control (Olmert et al., or the Pope (Shimon Peres et al.) (I don’t know to which group Netanyahu belongs, but there is no doubt that he doesn’t care two hoots about anything Jewish, including Machpela in Hebron.)

   It does seem that the Temple will be rebuilt, since the “abomination” will be set up in it. By whom? The Bilderberg group? Ultimately the Masonic Supreme Court building (lodge) in Jerusalem was financed and built by groups associated to them.

   The irony is, however, that the 3rd Temple will again be destroyed in the massive earthquake mentioned in Ezek. 38:
   19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: ‘Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.’

   Interesting Eretz that you think the temple will be destroyed during the tribulation. In Ezekiel 40 and on, it talks about the rebuilding of the temple, and also mentions the prince entering through the eastern gate and sacrifices being made as well. To me this is speaking of the millenium which obviously is after the tribulation period, which suggests that the temple will still be standing. The prince then being Yeshua (Jesus). I believe somehow the temple will survive such things, maybe even miraculously for a reason. As for the sacrifices, we know that they are merely object lessons and hold no power. As the bible says, it is impossible for the blood of goats and rams to atone for anyone’s sin. Again, object lessons, as were all of the rituals of the Torah. Anyways, would love to hear more of your thoughts/insights on this. Blessings!

   Antiochus Epiphanes did desecrate the Jewish temple in Jerusalem by throwing the flesh of a pig / swine for sacrifice to Zeus at the altar in 168BC.

   After The reign of Nero who did persecute the Jews severely came Titus Whose Father was General Vespasian and he destructed Jerusalem and destroyed the second temple in 70AD.

   The First Temple Built By King Solomon Was Destroyed By King Nebuchadnezzar (Babylonians) in 587 BC

   Verses in Daniel Below That Mentions The Repetition of Similar Event Occurances Only That Mr Anti-Christ Of The End Times (7 Year Tribulation) With A False Prophet Will Not Only Desecrate The Jerusalem Temple But Declare Himself As ‘God’ to The World and the specific location where and how The Anti-Christ would start attacking is mentioned in Daniel Chapters 10, 11 & 12.
